Tech TalkDear Samsung Support,
I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in the US. I have been unable to use Jio 5G in India on my device, despite Jio 5G being available in the country.
After reviewing the specifications and 5G bands listed on both the Samsung website (https://www.samsung.com/us/smartphones/galaxy-s24-ultra/buy/galaxy-s24-ultra-512gb-unlocked-sm-s928u...) and the Jio website (https://www.jio.com/help/faq/mobile/jio-true-5g/about-5g/what-are-the-bands-on-which-jio-5g-is-avail...), I noted that Jio 5G operates on the n28, n78, and n258 bands.
Despite this, I am currently unable to use Jio 5G in India on my S24 Ultra. Could you please clarify the reason for this, and provide any insights for users like myself who are facing this issue?

Tech TalkThe response from Samsung customer service is unacceptable and lacks essential details.
We are losing faith in Samsung. Apple successfully resolved this issue and has a clear procedure in place. Samsung, please improve your customer service.
This is a flagship device we are discussing. This level of importance should be given to this matter. This significantly impacts the user experience.
