S22 Ultra 5G Display Problem

I got my S22 ultra TGY variant phone on April 2022. No problems found during my usage.
But things became worse after OneUi 5.1 update.
Yeaterday (17 March 2023) evening when I was using my S22 ultra watching youtube video suddenly White light band appeared into my screen and the right portion of the display showing tinted color / mixture of green & yellow appeared witohut any reason I don't know.
My device have no physical damage or I have dropped my device recently. Its display refresh frequency was set to 120Hrz.
For the last few months I was seeing on FB and twitter from my region that some people using S22 ultra bought from various regions are facing with this issue. Some have white band on the right side and some of them got it on left side next to the camera cutout. But the problem is same. 

Quick temporary solution is that to set display freqency set 60 Hrz and the white band disappeared. But screen is slighlty yellowish than normal. 

Immediately I took seteps after facing this issue:
1) restart phone (several times)
2) clear cache partition
3) run phone in Safe Mode and finally
4) Hard Reset
5) Update phone to latest firmware

.... But the result is nothing.😭😭😭😭😭

From my device in Samsung Memebrs App I tried to communicate with the Samsung Support Team, they also told me to do the above mentioned procedures to I perform. I told them that I have already did it but nothing improved. 
Now they are asking me to visit them. 

Lets see what they can offer from me 'coz I got this phone as Gift which was purchased from Hong Kong region and I stay in South Asia region (India). I am afraid that my local service point can not provide me a service with a free of cost (though I have still 1 year warranty period)😭😭😭😭.

This phone has a Hong Kong 1 year warranty.

Bro you solved this problem? I contacted Samsung service center without seeing mobile they said you put down and and I shared yours and another person with same issue they said its **bleep** 😔 😑 .

Ya bro you have to contact the service center they can replace the screen

Yes I have contacted my local Indian service center. As it was not purchased from India so they are asking price 250 USD but if I bought it from them they can replace the device for free 😭 😭 😭

I just faced the same issue today on my s22 ultra Indian version for me it was the left side and I immediately locked the phone without using the phone for a while and when unlocked it was gone.
