Reserved memory

What is the use of reserved memory(RAM) ? I have never seen this kind of use of memory. While system is apps is also using the memory. Some of the apps that I am not using still it is using a lot of memory. How can I stop these Apps to use memory?

RESERVED RAM IS RESERVED FOR SYSTEM .

DISABLE USELESS APPS
AND PUT UNUSED APPS TO SLEEP MODE OR DEEP SLEEP

MOST OF APPS RUNS IN BACKGROUND
AND DOING PROCESSES
THAT'S WHY USE RAM WITHOUT OPENING APP
