Request the OneUI dev team to bring material 3 expressive "flows" or changes in progress-bar shapes, toggles etc. in the flat OneUI flavour without being overly colourful like the Pixel UI. I have recently seen that Play Store circular progress bars go from circles to cycloids and found it meaningfully drawing my eyes to the change. Those small shape changes are very useful congnitive inputs for people, so that we don't have to second guess if an action was taken, like switching a toggle.
