How many of u are still facing the whatsapp clone data missing issue?

I'm using Galaxy S10 and For almost 4 and half month I'm facing the whatsapp clone problem. There is no solution till now. Now I got irritated from this issue. I'm not able to view my media data. Hope samsung will provide us a update regarding this problem.

Go to settings > Apps > Click Tree Dot Options > Click Show system apps> Find Dual Messenger App > Click Dual Messager > Click Storage Option > Clear all data and restart your device.
