I Bought a fridge 5 years back as saying its the New technology by converting the freezer to the fridge, But unfortunately within 3 years it started making a problem in the main storage area, that is the main section doesn't have any cooling effect.
When we contacted the service Engineer had a look and he confirmed that the issue is with the Cover Evaporator, and he added that the quality of thermocol may not be not good. At that time we have replaced the Cover Evaporator, But unfortunately, the same problem crept in again and again.
Since Replacement of Cover Evaporator, Service Engineer attended the problem several times but still, the issue persists.
Please advice us on any future actions to be taken or let us know if any know facing the same issue what is your call or suggestions to be made?
