Service manager and service technitianpick up the phone and tell today he will be coming ,this is the reply iam getting from your people for last one week  and never came as on date as on time 

I made a big mistake I have purchased Samsung products like refrigerator note 8 mobile ,samsung oven 

Your service is worst
