How to recover a Gmail that has 2FA and the old phone is lost.

With recovery mobile number or recovery email id .
An OTP you recieve to recover your password.

I have tried ,but still there noy asking for my recovery mail, all they want is an 8 digit code which i dont have.

Have you set your recovery mail or not .
If set then go to mail then refresh it there must b a recovery code
