Tech TalkSame thing happened with my phone...and I switched off my phone and put it 2 to 3 layers of cotton and then packed in cotton and then under pillow cover and then in sun bath for 15 minutes..Look it regularly....whether it's hot or not...if so put in room temp.Dont switch on..repeat regularly

Be assure below given steps will solve the issue:-
1) Clear camera application data:- Settings> Apps> Camera> Storage> Clear Data.
2) Check device in Safe Mode:- Power off the device> Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device> When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume key. (Exit safe mode by restarting your device)
3) Remove third party application:- Settings> Apps> Select the third-party application from Apps. Eg. Du Recorder> Uninstall.
4) Software Update:- Settings> Software update> Download and install> Download> Install now.( If available)
5) Reset the Device:- Settings> General Management> Reset.
If issue still persist please do send the log file via, Samsung member > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports > Select Symptom category. So that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).
