Recently My Note 8 Dropped in water ?

My Note 8 Fall in water its already IP68 rating ..But after dry ..More wet (Moisture) is there front camera ..Camera app also not working ..Called to Samsung service centre..But due to 144 section ( Conora outbreak) service center are closed..Any solution is there ...?? Kindly share experience..??

plz switch off your phone if possible then wrap your phone in cotton or paper and then put in Rice or wheat container for overnight.........or for 48 hrs .Better option to visit Samsung care but due to lockdown it's not possible...
Same thing happened with my phone...and I switched off my phone and put it 2 to 3 layers of cotton and then packed in cotton and then under pillow cover and then in sun bath for 15 minutes..Look it regularly....whether it's hot or not...if so put in room temp.Dont switch on..repeat regularly

Be assure below given steps will solve the issue:-

 

1) Clear camera application data:- Settings> Apps> Camera> Storage> Clear Data.
2) Check device in Safe Mode:- Power off the device> Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device> When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume key. (Exit safe mode by restarting your device)
3) Remove third party application:- Settings> Apps> Select the third-party application from Apps. Eg. Du Recorder> Uninstall.
4) Software Update:- Settings> Software update> Download and install> Download> Install now.( If available)
5) Reset the Device:- Settings> General Management> Reset.

 

If issue still persist please do send the log file via, Samsung member > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports > Select Symptom category. So that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).

Thank you samsung, Camera app is working now..but front camera is not working ...still wet (moisture) is there in lens ...& one thing after water drop ... battery also draining very fast ...
