Brother, Wi-Fi issues on the Galaxy A56 can happen due to a temporary network cache bug. Since you have already reset the network settings, please follow these extra 3 steps to fix it completely:

Wipe Cache Partition (Highly Recommended): Turn off your phone. Connect it to a PC/Laptop using a USB cable. Press and hold the Volume Up + Power button until the Samsung logo appears. In the Recovery Menu, use the volume keys to select Wipe Cache Partition and press the Power button to confirm. Then select Reboot System Now. (Note: This will NOT delete your personal data).

Forget & Reconnect Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi. Tap the gear icon next to your saved Wi-Fi network and click Forget. Turn Wi-Fi off and on again, then reconnect by entering the password fresh.

Change IP Settings to Static: While reconnecting to your Wi-Fi, tap on Advanced / View More > IP Settings and change it from DHCP to Static. This fixes the IP configuration failure bug.

📌 Note: Brother, if these steps help fix your camera app, please click on the three dots (⋮) next to this comment and select 'Accept as Solution' so it helps others too! 👍
