I bought the phone from flipkart just one month ago on the next day itself it began to show issues , (my portrait camera was not working) i went to the nearest service center and they told me that either i want to replace all the 3 cams under warranty or return the phone to flipkart and ask for replacement. Samsung service center also told me that if i didn't get a replacement and my product return to me i want to pay the full amout for the camera replacement so after thinking i opted for repairing the phone. It took about 1½ weeks to repair and i got the phone from the service center. nxt day onwards another issue pops up. I can't able to connect or hear to calls when i am on 5g network. Every time i wanna make a call i must change the network settings to 4g or use WhatsApp. I am tired with Samsung . I went to the service center more than 5 times. They say that they want to open the phone again to check (already opend once) that will took another week to repair and they are not even giving me a spare phn to use while the period of repair.i dont know what to do .The phone went to the service center more than any were else in this one month. pls reply me i am fed up with this.
