This image illustrates how to turn off Automatic Image Descriptions, a feature available from One UI 7.X. First, go to the device settings, then select Accessibility.
Tap on TalkBack, and within TalkBack settings, select ‘Automatic descriptions’ and disable Automatic Image Descriptions.
If you face any issues while submitting feedback, you may use the video to record and share audio feedback.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you:
- Open the Samsung Members Community
- Go to the "Write Post" section to begin creating your feedback entry.
- Tap the "+" icon to include media or content in your post.
- Choose the "Camera" option to record a video.
- Use your device’s camera to capture audio feedback and submit the post for sharing.

Tech TalkI am writing to inform you of a problem I encountered with a recently purchased Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 512GB in Titanium Silverblue. I received the device on May 26, 2025. Upon opening the packaging, I was surprised to find that the phone had already been activated and, according to the device's internal data, had been used for 46 days before I received it.
Following this discovery, I immediately contacted Amazon, from whom I made the purchase, to request either a full refund or a replacement device. Unfortunately, my request was denied. Subsequently, I visited my local Samsung service center to seek their assistance. The service center representatives were able to verify that the phone had indeed been activated on April 10, 2025, which further confirmed that it was not a new, unused device. Regrettably, they also informed me that they were unable to offer a refund or a replacement for the phone.
I am deeply concerned about receiving a pre-activated and used device when I purchased a new one. I would be very grateful if you could assist me in resolving this issue. For your reference, I have attached a copy of the purchase invoice and an image of the phone.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your guidance on how to proceed.
