This image illustrates, how to use a gesture to change the spoken language in TalkBack, a feature available starting from One UI 6.X.

To enable this feature, open your device settings, select Accessibility, tap on TalkBack, and then go to the TalkBack settings. From there, choose Customize Gestures, select the gesture you want to modify, and change the spoken language as desired.

Samsung has a very bad service centre experience.
My wife has s22ultra which is 3 years and 1 months old and then suddenly one vertical greenline came on screen following with another one.
Service centre refused to change one time free screen replacement because my phone is more then three years old..
Such a shame on samsung as other brand also providing lifetime screen replacement.
Important thing to note that neither the handset is broken or dented in any part.
Please dont update once the device is more then 3 years old.
Please it is my request to samsung that dont provide any update because most of the time these greenline issue comes up due to update.
If greenline comes during update then please provide service because the fault is of company not the owner of the phone.
