I am writing to report a critical performance issue with my Galaxy A35 5G (purchased in August 2024) after updating to One UI 8.
Post-update, the phone has started lagging severely. This is not normal UI stutter; the lag is highly noticeable, and apps frequently crash during regular use. It appears that One UI 8 is too heavy for the device's hardware optimization.
I have already visited an authorized Samsung Service Center, and they confirmed that the phone has no physical or hardware damage. Furthermore, my relatives who own the same Galaxy A35 5G model are experiencing identical lagging and crashing issues after this update.
I have been a loyal Samsung user for over 10 years, starting from the Galaxy J2, moving to the Note series, and now using the Galaxy S25 as my primary and the A35 5G as my secondary device.
Given my long-standing trust in Samsung, this experience is highly disappointing. I request the technical team to look into this matter urgently and release an optimization patch or software update to fix these performance issues on the Galaxy A35 5G.
Looking forward to a quick resolution.
Best regards,
😊

Hi Team, Since MS onenote integration is phased out now, any plans of bringing the web version and desktop app ? It would be really helpful to sync across various devices.
