Hello Samsung Community,

I’m using a Galaxy S23 Plus (256GB, 8GB RAM) and recently, after the One UI 7 update, a vertical pink line has appeared on my display. The phone has been handled very carefully — no drops, no physical or water damage.

This issue occurred suddenly during normal use after the software update, and I’m really disappointed to see this happening on a flagship device.

I’ve seen other users facing similar issues with previous Galaxy models, and some of them were able to get a free display replacement under Samsung’s goodwill policy.

I would like to ask:

Has anyone else experienced this issue after the One UI 7 update?

Was anyone able to get a free display replacement for this?

Should I visit the service center directly or report through the Samsung Members app?

Any help, suggestions, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

You should contact your service center directly instead of going any other way.Because there is a possibility of warranty breach.
