I bought my samsung s23 in November 2023. It's all going good with this phone till December 2025, when while upgrading it's software, a minow vertical blue line appears exact in the center of the phone. At first, I didn't notice that, but after looking carefully and again upgrading it to it's monthly update it became more wider. And when I contact to customer care at authorised center, they told that due to any software updation not by any physical damage if any blue line green line, blue line appears, they resolve the issue for free but it's valid until 31 December 2025. Now, what can I do? I also contact customer support on phone but they also told me to contact service center.
