Hey Community members what up i hope you guys are doing well. 
So today I'm talking about some features about Digital Wellbeing that it has Walking Monitor & Volume Monitor features for your focus & health.

Lets dive in with Steps- also make sure your digital wellbeing app is updated. You can checkout on Galaxy Store if any update is available update it.

Step-1 
Open Digital Wellbeing just go to your settings scroll down you'll see it.

Step-2
Open it and scroll down now here's you'll see walking monitor where it recognises and records all apps that you've used while walking.

Here's the apps I've used while walking, don't go over my time I'm not using those on roads 😂😂 this just for your reference only , but make sure to look around you while using.

That feature records all the list of the app that you've used and shows you on the basis of daily & weekly basis.

Step 3
Next I'm talking about volume monitor, now don't use the super high volumes it may hurt your ears for longer period of usage, you guys knows it already you're already so smart.

So here it show you the records of lower and higher dB and also shows is it normal or high the , high might hurt your ears.

Step 4
Tapping on 3 dots you can enable it if it is disabled by default.

Also turn on Ear Safety alerts too so you might be protected if you're using your earphones in higer audio for longer periods.

Just clear the Digital Wellbeing app data and don't click on the walking monitor.
