Hey Samsung Users,
I hope you're all doing well! We've received feedback from many of you regarding the image washout issue on the Galaxy S23 Ultra running OneUI 6.1.1. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Here's a workaround while we wait for a software update from Samsung:
1. Go to your Camera Settings.
2. Select Intelligent Optimizations.
3. By default, this is set to Maximum. I recommend changing it to Medium as a temporary solution.
This issue primarily occurs when using Zoom Mode beyond 15x. I appreciate your patience, and I hope Samsung will push a software update soon to resolve this.
