Queries about S, A, FE & Xcover series

I got few questions. Please answer as much you know:
  • Does water damages are covered under warranty and if so, are they available after 1 year after general warranty expires or I need to get Samsung care + in S series?
  • What is the software policy (major + security updates) for Galaxy Xcover 7 series?
  • Does Samsung will provide free replacement if green line situtaion comes after software update on device older than 1 year from its launch?
  • Why my old Galaxy A series 2018 model phone is not available for trade?
  • Why my phone sometimes (rarely) have notification sound but no new notification?
  • Does Fe series take notes from real Samsung fans if so count me in and tell me how to join Fe series to get custom smartphone.

1. No water damage doesn't fall under Pre device warranty,
But if you opted for Samsung care + then depends upon plan you may get it

2. 4 generations of OS upgrades and up to 5 years of security updates

3. No one intentionally want that green line affect your device.
But still unfortunately if its appears depends upon device conditions and policy at that moment ( eg sometime samsung provides free screen replacement for some specific devices) you may get it
Or you may get care + then you will surely get it

4. Not all the time all the models are eligible for exchange, you may see a list of supported devices at the product page

5. You unlock the device and you will surely a new flash message or notification ( flash message may removed after some time so you may not noticed it )

6. Not directly but yes obviously samsung take feedback from users to make its services more better than ever. Custom smartphones are depends upon many factors and launched in a very few number

Service centre closest to me is 50kms away and can't even get a battery replacement for 2018 model in 2022.
Others are 120 km in opposite direction
