What are the ways to reduce pwm effect?

Does anti glare lenses/blue cut lenses reduce this effect?

My mobile is galaxy a50,at which brightness level it flickers?(as per notebookcheck it shows very low rate-119hz which can cause issues)

Budget / midrange oled smartphones suffer from pwm. Looks like you are sensitive to it. Unfortunately the only way is to switch to a lcd phone or a higher end device. The S series or even the iphones don't have pwm as they use higher quality oled.
