Protect battery he usme 85% charge pe charge rukk jata hai to uske baad bhi charger connected rakhke phone use karte he to 85% hi rehta hai charge to kya aese phone use karna sahi hai? Kyun ki charge to 85% hi rehta hai badhta bhi nhi hai or ghatata bhi nahi hai

If you are on OneUi 4,

Then it's a feature in it to maintain Battery's health.

If you want to disable it, go to Settings > Battery and Device care > Battery > More Battery settings > Turn off Protect Battery

No, I know this but my question is can I use it while charging is 85% and charger is connected and protect battery option is on so while charging can I use my phone

Yeah...

But don't do anything heavy.
Mobile gets warmer from charging and doing heavy process while changing can reduce the health of battery and mobile.

Don't do that. Using it will reduce the charge and then it will charge back to 85 percent. This will happen continuously which will degrade battery.
Eg: 84.99 to 85,back to 84.99 then to 85. This happens continuously. This is called micro charging.
