When changing AccentColor anf icon shape nothing is happening please help me solve this

😆😆 may be you don't know that in this world accent color will change in all of the brands of devices except Samsung ..because it's locked by developers

In samsung this option was available in Android10 but was of no use..and now there is no such official option
