Portrait vedio

Was just messing with my camera and my phone dont have portrait vedio option but when I was in portrait mode i just realised that my viewfinder is giving me constant preview of me in portrait vedio 

Just wondering if constant preview is also possible then portrait vedio is also possible so why does samsung not giving it
