I once ordered a phone on Flipkart and I am never ordering phone from Flipkart again. Amazon is best.

Usme green tint issue tha screen m but jab Flipkart ka technician aaya to usne jaanbhuj kar bola ki koi issue nahi h jabki usko saaf dikhai de rha tha. Phir mene lawyer ke through legal notice bheja Flipkart ko tab jaake 1 mahine baad wo refund hua. 🙄

Aisa aur bhi case huye hai. Tabhi to hamne abhi tak jyada expensive cheej flipkart se nahi mangaya.

Mostly me electronics brand ki official website ya offline prefer karta hu.
2 years ago my dad ordered S21U from Amazon. It came with broken camera glass. We filed a replacement but for 5 days they didn't responded. After that 12th day we got a call after contacting them many times through email,Twitter and tons of calls to manager..
