Paused download while using Chrome!

Please help me regarding the download of files using Chrome browser. It always shows paused download in notifications. While there is no problem in samsung browser. How to disable this defaultly paused downloads in Chrome in S20 FE.

Download can be paused by many reasons but you maintain space in your phone and restart your browser also check download size and other things also download on proper stable internet so that download can be completed

More than 90 GB of space in phone is free, Browser has been uninstalled and installed 4 to 5 times, phone has been restarted, files even in KBs are not being downloaded. Internet is working fine and even uses wifi. I've formatted the handset also. But nothing is working for same. I think there is either some kind of settings to be changed or any bug 🐛.
