How to enable and use PIP mode?

You can enable it by following steps,
1- Open Apps in settings
2- click top 3 cornor and open special access
3- Open Picture in picture
4- now you can PIP mode for the apps click allow for which app you want

Okay done now how can I use the feature for the enabled apps with full screen gesture
