In EVERY menu inside settings, where a given permission can be toggled on/ off, there should be a FILTER to see only the apps that are disabled, and likewise only the apps that are enabled.
ALTERNATIVELY, there should be two sections, one where only enabled apps are listed, and another where only disabled apps are listed. The 1st option is definitely preferred though.
This is especially useful where the list of apps is huge, and it is easy to miss finding which app is enabled or disabled.
For example, if you go to Settings/ Notification/ Included apps (if Brief pop-up style is selected), the list of apps is huge:
There are hundreds of apps here, and it is difficult to see which app is disabled.
Also, a SEARCH bar is mandatory within that settings page.
