Samsung provides one security patch every quarter for the Galaxy S23 series in Korea. The company has not yet released a security patch for this quarter. In other words, Samsung will have to provide a patch by the end of this month. Combined with the announcement that the company just released, we can guess that the company will launch One UI 6.1 for the Galaxy S23 series later this month, at least in Korea.
Once Samsung makes the new version of One UI available for the Galaxy S23 series in Korea, it will start offering the update in other regions as well. In other words, One UI 6.1 for the Galaxy S23 lineup will arrive in less than a month. The company will then make One UI 6.1 available to other devices, starting with the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5.
