Samsung should provide OneUI 4 update based on android 12 as they promised 3 major updates. I got only 2 major updates. OneUI 2 & OneUI 3

No, it is only for 2020 and above flagship phones. So, your phone is not eligible for that. So, your phone received its two major updates. So, for one year, you will receive security patch updates only.

No matter, I am thinking about shifting to custom rom (android 12) because it works perfectly.
