The S9 is a very capable device with industry leading specs even today and still performs like a beast...I am pretty sure that it can handle the amazing OneUI 3.0 as well.
It would be great to have the latest features of the latest OS version.
But I'm sorry to inform you it is not receiving oneui 3.0. As you know Samsung S9 was launched with Android 8.0 and it has been updated to the latest android and now it is running on Android 10. So it is impossible to bring another android update to it as it is enough for a phone to get two major android versions updates
That's the reason why I wrote "To think over it again" just an attempt to influence them also I believe the S9 can handle Android 11 as well just my opinion👍🏻
