“My brother’s OnePlus Nord 2 burst out in his hands while talking on phone. We went to Service Centre, CP, New Delhi for a resolution and we were asked to wait for 2-3 days. Now they are calling us to recollect that bursted phone as they can’t do anything,” wrote the user on Twitter"
We even had previous reports of One Plus Nord 2 Exploding Battery issues and the company is doing nothing but telling the users they can't help
As we all know the disastrous Samsung Galaxy Note 7 with its issue related to the battery, this seems no new.
The same issue is now being represented by a different device from a different company.
2 questions we have no answer for is :
Why are some phones facing such issues?
Can this issue be resolved??
The common answer is Just Time will Tell!!
So we have to wait
But if this is the case Same issues might even come in other devices from other companies too which may/may not include Samsung.
Something similar of both of Note 7 and Nord 2 might be there causing these issues which mustn't be used in other devices.
