The list of eligible devices for One UI 8 that you have given is correct, but the android version release you are talking about is stock android, not custom variants of android (like Samsung One UI, Xiaomi MIUI, OnePlus Oxygen OS, OPPO Color OS, Vivo Funtouch OS, Google Pixel UI, etc). The release of custom variants of android is different from stock android. That is why it is very difficult for samsung to release the stable version of One UI 8 in the second half of 2025.
