Follow these steps to get rid from it.

After Update Latest One ui 4.1

1) Full Backup Of Samsung Galaxy Device.

2) Always prefer proper wifi connection for update firmware.

3) Hard Reset Your Device Through Recovery Mode By Default TWRP. (Volume Down+Lock Key Method)

4) After Reset Your Device Make Sure That Restore Data Should Not Be Included With Cache Files.
