It's not the stable Android 14 It's just beta updates . You'll get the stable in the last Nov. & if you want to join beta program then go to the home section of samsung members app then check the community tab then you'll find beta program for your device then participate then download it(Note- before downloading the beta software please backup your phone)
Open samsung members app then home section then in the upper side , check the community tabs then you'll find it there. If not then Samsung closed the new joining of beta update for your device .
