One UI 4 and Android 12

I don't feel any major changes in both of the updates. Everything feels same except some minor changes. Did anyone feels same?

Actually, Android 12 is a major OS upgrade but Samsung has not brought all the features from Android 12 to it's One UI 4.0, and some features they've moved to Goodlock so that users could be locked in their OS

But as they are giving such a major updates to both ui then they need to give feel like that n

Maybe in future updates, they will as even Android 12 released by Google has many bugs due to which Pixel users are also facing issues.

Yes, and it is still a work in progress. Android 13 will be more polished OS.

New Blur Effects
And Increased quality

And performance and response of system Increased

Whole visual change and nice flat design
Making whole experience more aesthetic
And smooth
With less clutter (expect for notification toggle in some midrange device)
