One UI 4.1 has a new feature - 24hr. timelapse video.
It is not a 'moving timelapse' as such but it converts a photo into a video timelapse and does give you a nice 24hr. effect from morning to night. And also adds music.
This feature is a 'recommendation' feature meaning it does not work with every photo as confirmed by Samsung. Restrictions are strict for now but this may change in the future.

How to activate it?
Look out for a small stopwatch icon below a suitable photo which has sky (like I said, it will not work on every photo so don't panic...works on very selective photos).
