There is only one os that's android of google and at the other hand side 2nd one is of apple thats ios. And all are ui/ux of other brands that's there skin they have build for their devices

Yes it was there in past, tizen os I guess on Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4.
Eventually it wasn't a great success.
