After using one UI 3 & now 3.1 for few weeks now ... I have to say that one ui 2.5 was better 
Mainly in #digitalwellbeing app 
And it's notifications are too big and distracting from the content 
Earlier it was small and easy to change and interact it's settings 
I hope Samsung changes this
