Tech TalkOLED Display
Samsung's OLED displays are leading the global small- and medium-sized display market through various innovative technologies such as clear image quality, slim design, and low power consumption.
What is OLED?
Structure and principle of OLED display
OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diodes) display is a ‘self-luminous display’ using organic materials that self-illuminate when a current flows through them.
Unlike LCD, which expresses colors through liquid crystals and color filters utilizing light sources of backlight, OLED expresses colors through RGB light-emitting materials, which are the three primary colors of light that respond to current applied to the organic light-emitting layer.
OLED is excellent in terms of image quality, thickness, and power consumption as each pixel directly emits light, and its bendable and foldable properties allow it to be utilized in a variety of applications.

Samsung OLED™ boasts excellent color reproducibility due to its self-luminous properties. A wide color gamut equivalent to 120% DCI-P3 brings a variety of colors to life. In addition, the high brightness and low reflectance of 1,500 cd/m2 or more allows you to get clear image quality even under strong sunlight, so you can effectively watch content indoors and outdoors.
*DCI-P3: As a color gamut suitable for the digital video era, it is possible to express a color gamut that is 25% wider than that of sRGB

Great 👍 👌 👍 👌
Currently Samsung Top Flagship use Dynamic 2X AMOLED display
That's Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode.
Cd (candela) si unit of luminous intensity most people won't understand use nits (luminous flux) the commonly used commercial unit used
Samsung oled displays are even used on Apple devices eg iPhone
Samsung display king 🤴
