I am facing a problem after updating OneUi 3.0 Android 11 on my M31. In OneUi 2.5 i didnt face that.

The massanger support Bubble Notification and the WhatsApp suppot Smart Popup view.

  • When i turn on Bubble notification, Massanger working well but WhatsApp not working. Whatsapp show massage in my notification panel.
  • When i turn on Smart Popup view, WhatsApp working well but Massanger not. Massanger show massage in my notification panel.

In the previous version OneUi 2.5 Android 10 Massanger & Whatsapp both worked well. Massanger showed massage in bubble, and WhatsApp showed Popup.

Is there have any solution?

try these steps if you not yet tried if its because of minor bugs then it will get resolved

A. Wipe Cache Partition.

Steps to perform.

1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable and connect withpc/laptop only for Android 11 )

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.
