Notification pop up

There was notification pop up in WhatsApp but its discontinued in Android 10. Please enable this option because its a real inconvenience for us.

follow this step for enable or disable

if you want to enable smart pop up for whatsapp and many more app than u should to go device setting select advanced features than choose smart pop-up view and turn on (which app you want in pop-up view) and which one you don't want to use than turn off.
