Notification Categories removed?

Earlier in One UI 6.1 we can able to turn on and off selected notifications...but in One UI 7 that option is gone...why samsung?

Using samsung for 8 years plus is not an issue...if you know something that is not known by someone means you can help them...but if you clearly dont have any idea means you have to stay silent ...

It was restricted now ,but not fully removed ,
