First, 1024 should be as it should be...
imo 1000 is not correct for measuring...
.
And second, 1024^3 byte = 1GB = 1000^4 byte ??? 🤣
.
There is a gap of ~900 GB.

In base10, it should be 1000^3 bytes... This will give an error of 70MB per GB.
