You are launching Flagships phone every year with top spects, but we didn't understand why Samsung not giving any updates for 2 yrs old Flagship phones i.e not listed in list of new updates but unfortunately i have to say Samsung has to do something.
sorry brother to inform you that android is always like that, it's not just Samsung. it's because of Androids weaker chip set. on other hand apple will provide 5 years of update for its device because there chips are wild beast. they make the world's most powerful chips for smartphones. ( fun fact apple owns more than half of Intel 😁). no matter how powerful the Snapdragon it's still slower. but the s12 will be a ground breaker because Samsung have decided to no longer go with Qualcomm to make chips they are planning to collaborate with AMD to make something really powerful 💪💪.
that's it. don't worry even my note 8 will loss android update from next year. but it doesn't mean you will get security patch updates they will be rolling out soon.
