Note 10 plus Exynos varient

Im using Note 10+ Exynos varient (India), why CPU Z app shows my phone has ARM Cortex instead of Exynos?  Can anyone explain

The design architecture of exynos is made by ARM only
exynos just makes its custom processors by using ARM's architecture

but I've seen some phones which shows exynos processor in CPU Z app

Ya it shows the name of processor as exynos
ARM Cortex A53,A55 are just cores, that one of the core among that octa core processor
the different combination of these ARM Cores combine to form a processor
Samsung takes the Architecture of ARM core and combines it form their own custom processor
and it is transparent thing, no cheating
