No media notifications on lock screen in Android 11

After this new update of One UI 3.0 or Android 11 in Galaxy M21, there is no media notifications that are being displayed on lock screen. I'm a MX Player user and I had given it all the required permissions either it be notification, battery or memory. Its actually not convenient to open lock screen all the time just to change song. I don't know about whether Google Play Music is having this issue or not. But I like MX Player's interface. 

If anyone can help with this, I would greatly appreciate it.

once Reboot in a safemode and try if still same then
reset settings, settings >general Management >reset >reset settings

Go to lock screen settings>notifications>widgets>check all options

I had it enabled but unfortunately it didn't work 😕😞
