Samsung M30 mobile heating issues. and many more not get proper support

my samsang note 9 heats up while casting on my tv. also the same issue observed while i was on webinar. the mobile abruptly ended session without warning. it just said your session ended due to over heating of your devise...any solution to this

i m facing issue in receiving calls..
unable to hear the onather person voice even on maximum volume until i put my phone on speaker or use earphones..!!
