I am using Samsung A70s. Very poor network coverage. While using Vodafone 4G, unable to connect with other number from home. If I switch over to 2G, there is no problem whereas my another set Vivo V15 Pro, there is no problem. I can use 4G network always.....Samsung...there are so many silly problems, which is vital for any mobile set, to be resolved immediately through software update otherwise you will loose the market in India. You should collect data from here and you should push update frequently. I am using September patch in this set. Can you tell me which mobile company still carrying that old patch ? Be advanced Samsung......be advanced. Afterall you are a branded company....this is your effort ?

We would suggest you to follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1) Ensure that network frequency of your device is selected on Auto-mode.

Menu>Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Mode> Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).

2) Search for the Network Manually by the steps as mentioned:

Menu> Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Operators> Select Manual Search.

3) You may check by exchanging the SIM in SIM slots and also try using different network operators.

If still issue persists then we would suggest you to contact your service provider.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app >> click on “+“icon > send feedback >> error report / ask question).
