Guys......
In device care there is a feature of memoy 

If i clean it ... 

would it erase my mobile internal memory...

So will i lost my watsap data ????

Or its only RAM  cleaner......

No, It will Not clear your Internal Memory.
That device Care Feature just clears Cache.

Go For It, Do Not Hesitate To Use This Feature. Best Is That You do this once in a day.
Or You don't have to take care of it. Because Samsung has provided Automatic feature which Cleans all your cache on its own at 00:00 Am AT night
