Everyday i open samsung member app and find lots of complaints from Samsung users about their phones and software. But none of them would get any answers, or help from the company. Samsung Members app is created for that only purpose to serve users better but it ain't happening.
I am requesting Samsung Electronics humbly that it need to take step for your users. The users from that company runs. The key people of the businesses are only and only consumers, customers ar users. If u lose them u lose everything at all.
